We do not control the collection and use of your information collected by third parties described above in Disclosure of Your Information. These third parties may, however, aggregate the information they collect with information from their other customers for their own purposes.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. 6. Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Personal Information

You may send us an email at Support@scionanalytics.com or call 866-238-6207 to request to access, correct, or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete your Personal Information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

7. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers permit you to broadcast a signal to websites and online services indicating a preference that they “do not track” your online activities. However, there is no accepted standard for how a website or online service should respond to this signal and, at this time, we do not honor such signals and we do not modify what information we collect or how we use that information based upon whether such a signal is broadcast or received by us.

8. User Data

We provide certain services, such as the DocuParse service and other text analytic services (“Text Analytic Services”), which allow you to input text and other information for processing by Scion (“User Data”) for which we return analytics or other data based on the Input (“Output”). When you use Text Analytic Services, both the Input and Output remain your User Data.

Your use of Text Analytic Services does not grant Scion any right or license to your User Data. Scion does not, and does not permit others, to process, analyze, use, or disclose your User Data for any reason other than providing Text Analytic Services, including to develop or otherwise improve its Text Analytic Services. User Data is not retained and is purged after 24 hours.

You are solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of your User Data. You will ensure that your Input and use of the Text Analytic Services and Output will not (i) violate any applicable law; (ii) violate our Terms of Use; or (iii) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any of our rights or the rights of any third party.

9. Notice to Non-United States Users Scion Analytics, LLC is a United States based company and its operations are located primarily in the United States. In order to provide our Website, products, and services to you, we may send and store your Personal Information outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to countries that may not or do not provide an equivalent level of protection for your Personal Information. Your Personal Information may be processed and stored in the United States and federal, state, and local governments, courts, law enforcement or regulatory agencies in the United States may be able to obtain disclosure of your information through the laws of the United States. By using our Website, you represent that you have read and understood the above and hereby consent to the storage and processing of Personal Information outside the country where you reside or are located, including in the United States.

10. Information Of Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website and services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Website. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Website including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use, or use any of the interactive features of our Website. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.   • to log off our Website when you are finished using it; and
